Since this is coming from Timur Suleimenov,it's shows how serious the government of Kazakhstan are to create a national Bitcoin reserve. It's obvious that this government plans on diversifying part of the country resources by investing confiscated criminal assets in Bitcoin.I believe this policy is in the best of the country and if initiated will further enhanced the economy framework of the country. I hope the legal process to implement the national Bitcoin reserve begins soon.

Kazakhstan government is making one of the best decision by making a Bitcoin reserve for them self, Bitcoin is seriously spreading and as time goes on more countries will have there own Bitcoin reserve however those who are taken that opportunity now that Bitcoin is still at this price will be the most lucky, and I'm sure Kazakhstan really wants to be part of those lucky nations.
At this point I'm very sure that the Kazakhstan government will surely start this strategy of Bitcoin reserve immediately and this one is not like the other ones that before you know it they won't say anything about the reserve anymore, Kazakhstan’s central bank governor, digital ministry, and mining statistics all have confirmed that the government will have a Bitcoin reserve so is very serious and they are working and doing everything possible to make sure it happens.

And yes Cossyblack the government of Kazakhstan are planning on diversifying part of the country resources by investing confiscated criminal assets in Bitcoin and the reserve will be officially managed and audited, similar to sovereign wealth funds.
