Of course you can gamble without falling a victim, what to do is that; You must allocate a specific amount to gamble, not less than 1-10 percent of income (it could be daily, weekly or monthly), choose how many hours to spend online.
OP must have forget about it already. He admitted he was addicted to gambling and even placed himself under self-exclusion, meaning the casino was supposed to block him from playing. But he still found a way to bypass the restriction, and now that he’s in debt, he’s trying to put the blame on Betpanda.
Yes I read all those part and that was why I said he is not discipline enough to control himself, and I wonder while the betpanda site didn't found a connected account or using their IP tracker to track if he has connected accounts, most of the gambling site do track people to know if they had other accounts but I guess it was because of he has never made a strong winning to withdraw his money that is where you would start seeing drama of how he has multiple accounts. Like seriously I don't actually like this part because when losing and they are profiting they wouldn't find any fault but if you are winning and they are losing you would see casino digging out everything and how you made mistake by violating their terms and regulation.
