Anybody that holds their Bitcoin in a none custodial wallet has privacy from governments, exchanges and third parties.

At some point I experienced this too especially when I lost some money on platforms that operated with bitcoin. I also traded bitcoin and lost money as well and this seems to validate what many people said about bitcoin then that it was a pyramid scheme. I'm happy I was not discouraged by those experiences and negativities from people. Not many of us had rosy start with bitcoin but I count those experiences as the energy I needed to get the faith I have in bitcoin today.
