The programme percentage will continue to change; but it won't affect those who already have a deposit in place.

If you wish to add more, create a new deposit, it will get 19.5%.

If you break the existing deposit the preferential rate of 20% will no longer apply for that, so you can simply leave that as it is

example (my suggestion):
current deposit: $100 continues to get 20%
new deposit: $100 begins to get 19.5%

example (if you break the deposit):
new deposit: $100 (from old amount) + $100 (new amount) will get 19.5%
