and its a weird situation because im currently not locked out at all, i just know once i try my last attempt, ill be locked out and looking for answers. so i figured before i give it my last shot i get some guidance and where to go next.

Yeah, umm... what you gave me through PM [not email] is your username. Though I believe my contact can zeroing into your matter with this info, it'll probablyy be very helpful if you can send me your UID instead? That's what they majorly use to track account. It's the several digits [my brain has already stopped braining from few good minutes ago, thanks to the long day I had, and I currently can't recall that piece of info right now, and I'm running on fumes here].

If you can send it to me within next couple minutes, it'll be nice as I can relay to my contact to be looked at and addressed while I call today a night and they'll have an answer ready for me when I can reach back to my forum device tomorrow.



Edit: wait, nope, I think I know what your issue is. I re-read your thread and some details that's previously missed from my running-on-fume brain. Canadian, right? They don't accept DL for KYC documents. Try to ask for provincial ID card, your country issue this [this is the Canadian version of NID], and BC accept this document for verification purpose. Still, shoot me with your UID nonetheless, I'll double check with my contact. But I'm pretty much sure that's the issue.
