Man it wouldn't change anything; they're still splashing heavily on players with these modern managers and it's not working, why not try the classic ones like Conte, Ancelotti and co instead? After all they're not into U21 project like Chelsea.

Yeah, Ancelotti would be a better choice imho, as I like the fact that he has managed Real Madrid which is as I've heard, the most difficult club to manage because the demands are high.

He won them the La Liga and the CL. Pretty sure rebuilding Man United would be a tad bit easier than the things he went through at Real Madrid.
