It is easy to know if the X account is full of bots followers or not. Everyone that I have seen following accounts like this are bots. What you will do is to know if it is not it not. Just check the number of verified followers which should be having at least 2000 or more people. Also check for impressions the account  is having on each posts made. If it is low like just 20 to 100 impressions, it is a bot account. People that are selling accounts like this that I have seen make use of bots to build the account and use it to scam people.
