Yea they are one of the best if not the second or third to the overall best in Africa currently because of good management system, the money that has been pumped into the league as you said has been managed well and we have seen the evidence just as you said too but I wish my dear country can emulate this one, Egypt premier league is well organized, we have seen how improved, serious and competitive they are,
Those countries loves anything concerning football weather is the male league or the female they make sure they put a lot of money on those leagues that's why they have such rich league but however emulating is not even the only thing our country needs to do because I have observed that they have a kind of discrimination in sports, that's why even if they most think about their football system sometimes is mostly on the male side, perhaps that's why you are seeing less pumping of money in the female league because they see it too common and unimportant to them so actually is after they have seen the importance of this before we can tell them to emulate.
