You don't have to contact anyone, if the address is yours, you must have the seed phrase or private key. Use the seed phrase/private key in Electrum or any other wallet & create a new one (password).

Please do not contact anyone and do not respond to anyone contacting you with any kind of recovery services. If you truly have 0.5 BTC in a wallet, most people who contact you to help you will try to steal you. You can start by telling us the type of wallet that you have. I assume it is a wallet.dat file from Bitcoin Core but it could be something else. What do you remember about your password, how long is it?
