Well, if the strategy is working for them, they should go on with it. However, with what happened to Mudryk or should I say how his case is looking, I'd expect them to be atleast smart in handing out these lengthy contracts to new signings.

Regardless of weather the the image is genue or not, and regardless be it Abrahmovich or Tad Borholy having enough player is very good because they will have squad depth.

Enzo Mareaca has been doing really well for Chelsea since he joined them last season, he managed to help Chelsea to secure the Champions League spot for next season and now they are trying their possible best to be consistent and get a better season because they know that other big teams are preparing against next season.

This is only good if you often plan to change the lineup for a game, or if you have a lot of players injured. but to have about 40 players conventionally, when playing consistently will be no more than 17-20 seems absurd to me, because it is an incredible overhead, moreover the players will not get game practice, which is bad. Getting a wage is certainly good, but playing for it is even better
