bad habits: Stalling withdrawals (Vave)

I must announce that after 5 (3) days, my withdrawal (2nd) is still pending, in this case the first one was declined. As you can see above, they even sent me an email informing me that the withdrawal had been "Ok".

The only response I've received so far is the same:

If I don't receive a response (info) in the next day, and it's been more than 72 hours from 2nd WD, hence I will take this complaint to the "> Scam Accusations >" board.
