I think the reopening of the case ahould be at the instance and instruction of the bc game team, since the askgamblers team mentioned that in their comment onnthe site so i believe BC game team will definitely come around to do the needful to clear their namen in this situation.
As mentioned by askgambler, if their failed to respond, the case will be moved to unresolved and that will be more negative on their reputations.
Have a business that is successfully after a long time, they know that it has good reputation which is super hard to build up and gain it over a long time. BC.Game knows how important to defend their business reputation as it secures their chances of keeping current users and also getting more new users.
If reputation of a business is damaged, it will lose current users and really struggle to get new ones. I believe BC.Game will pay attention on it and properly handle those cases that are in Unresolved status now.
