Coach Enzo Maresca is trying to cut down on the players and hopefully many of them will leave. I think Chelsea is willing to offload as many players as possible. I guess the club has above 40 players. However, since they will be playing in the UCL they might need many players.

This is like a meme that mocks the team who likes to spend on ineffective players. The reality is like that when we look at how extravagant them. I am not wonder because Chelsea always dominates the transfer market when the new competition begins, they will be a club who very active on transfermart as the same as competition. Chelsea will try to snatch players who are the target of other clubs.
