I won't bet too much on pre market though, too much manipulations since it got small volume, unless the coin is truly under priced in the pre market.
Yeah, newly listed things are perfect candidates for high level of manipulations hence stay away will protect our capital. Still, I am just curious on your procedures on finding under valued or fairly valued. I guess if you go with a stock market approach, you will be easily deceived.

First, the roadmap has to notice and see what their next step is and what they want to do in the future. Secondly, the total supply should be viewed and how many holders are there. Then it would be very easy to choose what the price might look like after Premarket Token.
What you are suggesting are highly tied up with fundamental analysis which is known for investing reasons whereas trading relies on technical aspects like even a coin with huge supply may spike up to 5x on a single day due to buying pressure. So, roadmap or total supply are not the criteria you need to consider for trading as these are fundamental things and got nothing to do with day trading.
