If you don't use it or you lost access to it, then consider it deleted. There's no need to get your account deleted if you don't use it.

Why? Just don't use it if you want to leave the forum. You can always come back and start using it if you ever feel like it. There is no point in getting your account permanently deleted.

but there is a point to get your account deleted, that's why the vast majority of the sites either let you do it yourself or let you ask through their privacy policy

the right to be forgotten its an actual right and since bitcointalk.org is registered in the US and not in north korea I want my account deleted

forgetting about it its not possible
