If you are unable to have access to your account in question, then try to reach out to the admin from the thread mentioned above or send him a genuine for genuine reasons, but if the account was banned before now, then you may not be able to recover it back except if given a second chance, whichever the case may be, try to contact theymos or follow the necessary procedures form the available link above on how to recover lost or hacked account.
