I've used the appropriate channels, and the response has always been the same:

"We are sorry to say that we are not able to provide the exact time when your cashout will be checked because all the requests are reviewed in a queued order by the Financial Department. We can assure you that your payout will be checked in the closest matter."

I think everything is explained well in the two posts above.
BTW, they haven't changed their answer in almost 7 days... In just a few hours of UTC, we'll reach the 7th.
