This isn't superstition, this is your gut feeling(intuition). Superstition is the act of relying on random events and beliefs, that influence your gambling activity(for example, never gambling on Friday 13th or never gambling on Sunday morning). Superstition is also having talismans and worshiping idols(thinking that they would bring you luck and boost your gambling profits). In summary, superstition is delusion.
I can assume that your gut feeling is playing games on you. Maybe you should start placing bets every time you are reluctant to gamble.

I don't have a strong intuition/gut feeling, and maybe that's why I lose money all the time.
And it seems to me that the OP is too fixated on the results. His memory is very selective and as a result he remembers those matches on which he did not bet, and they are clearly deposited in his head, unlike successful matches. We all have selective memory and if someone is a pessimist, then he will remember the bad things that happen to him over and over again. And ultimately he will decide that he is a loser. But if the gambler is an optimist, he will remember more the good moments, victories and seconds of exceptional luck.
