PM received and I've [as I also replied you by PM] relayed that document to my contacat and inquire if it's an acceptable document. I'll update the thread once I heard back from them.

But just to be sure... it's a court order? No? I personally don't think that's an acceptable document for PoA. Do you perhaps have other document and/or perhaps your father can send you another document [latest issued formal documents]:

good evening gentlemen.

yes as of right now thats pretty much all i can get my hands on for the time being. province hasnt let anyone go back home due to the wild fires.

its a class action lawsuit document from my days in indian day school. A law firm out of Toronto Canada.

Yeah, umm... I don't think that'll be acceptable. Even my contact doubted that it'll be acceptable, though they'll inquire to the KYC team [they're currently having personal emergency too, just like me... and apparently like you, with the wildfire, hope that you're safe there]. But, my money will be on that they can't take it. I mean... when they say "govt. certificate", I am quite sure they don't mean a govt. court summon.

Can someone mail you a scanned bank statement? Or perhaps your bank do the digital statement sent by mail?
