That’s funny! Every fan seem to be tired of Arsenal’s transfer strategies already but the truth is Arsenal are operating a unique style in their transfer dealings to get the best prices and conditions possible. However I am in strong belief that Arsenal will sign a striker in this transfer window come may. Arsenal have not been this serious in a striker chase as they are this summer so I am positive that something will happen.

Arsenal always moves slower in the transfer market, I think they consider too much the players they will recruit and that is what makes Arsenal always stagnant in the top 3 without being able to win the Premier League title like Man City or Liverpool who only need 1 season to be able to overtake Man City even though Arsenal has been competing with Man City for years in the title hunt.

If it continues like that they could be left behind and experience a decline, Arsenal should learn from previous mistakes and move quickly in the transfer market like other top clubs.

So, it confirms how Arsenal is not a serious club.  

They have their ST as their loopholes, but have not yet to solved it. They linked to the variuos strikers, but not even an official bid. This is what i've called they're not a serious club. If they're willing to fix it, then they would not delay it, and put it as their priority. Simple as that.

This is what makes Arsenal often underestimated, besides often losing in the competition for trophies, they are also slow in recruiting new players. I think, with Arsenal consistently finishing in the runner up position in the Premier League standings in the last three seasons, and recording a fairly reasonable journey in the Champions League last season, Arteta should be able to easily convince the players he is targeting to join Arsenal. Arteta must change many things, and management should fully support Arteta's plan. Arteta must abandon the old ways inherited by Arsene Wenger, to win trophies means having to dare to spend a lot of budget.

Arsenal will not change easily because it is like a mentality something. This mentality was planted in them by Arsenal Wenger. So, they'll continue to follow it until they are tired of it.
Arsenal Wenger was not just only a coach, he was even part of the management team if I am not mistaken. So, he had alot of authorities to do many things.
He was more of a business type of manager, which is why he doesn't spend much on players.

Any team that wants to recruit new players and sell some of their old players must have more finances from now on because it usually gets a little hot before the new season starts again, so Arsenal must move quickly for this if they want to get some good players who already have the mentality to give their best to Arsenal. Because good players usually get more offers from other teams so those who are able to make the biggest offers will definitely have the opportunity to get them before the new season starts.

Maybe it's all just a rumor or Arsenal are just showing their interest without showing their seriousness, meaning the names that have been linked with Arsenal, including Benjamin Sesko. Arsenal fans are certainly annoyed, they hope Arteta can move quickly in the transfer market, to secure one of the center forwards who can be relied on next season. Manchester City, Chelsea, Manchester United and Liverpool seem to be more active than Arsenal in the transfer market.

I don't think Arsenal are in a bad financial condition, so they have difficulty recruiting the striker they really need. Arsenal are reported to have released quite a lot of players, both from the first team and from the academy, Arteta can rely on this advantage to realize the overhaul of his squad depth. Overall, Arsenal transfer policy is sometimes difficult to predict, they need a striker but they reach an agreement faster with the goalkeeper.

Many teams recruit their players to balance when the match occurs, and it is a need that must be rushed to maximize the performance of the existing match. And Arsenal does prioritize the transfer to improve the quality in the match and compete in the middle of the match that I see is a need that cannot be postponed anymore, to improve the performance of his team.

Well don't be too sarcastic, well atleast they actually signed a player before type before the transfer window actually ended although many arsenal fans think and believe that the signing wasn't really needed like the way they actually needed to sign a striker to aid them in goal scoring so as to improve their chances at fighting and securing the league for a very long period of time.
