What luxury brand would not have TPMS sensors? I guess if you are really pushing it, your tire could spontaneously fail in multiple places before a pressure drop could be detected, but wouldn't the steel linings on the tire stop a blowout? Ah, just read it was a Lamborghini - chances are it scraped something that then physically destroyed a portion of the tire.

Indeed it’s actually sad that this luxurious cars that one would have thought no one can died in is now claiming life’s and wrecking families. I wish there was a CCTV footage but from the news he was rushing up to catch a ferry so I believe he was on top speed, I don’t think we have heard the last of the story because a more detailed cause of the accident will surface soon, but this is a very big loss.
