For Barcelona, I don’t know the reason for the fine, they have battling financial problems for a while which has restrict them from signing players, now they are fined again; I don’t know the reason for this but I don’t think it is fair for them.
They are in debt and at the same time paying very huge amount to players like Lewandowski , Dejong and some close range(wage) players.. yet they signed and increase payment( even when they struggle to do that)..they just pay up part of their debt recently and it looks like they have another debt added to settle again
. I guess they should be able to fix it in the next 1~2 years and probably be able to sign new players easily.
