When you begin to see figures like this, you will realise how much money is in football. I think all those clubs fined has what is takes to pay their fines but I will want to know exactly for what reasons they were fined.
We all know there is huge money in football industry. The easy indicator that the significant raise of the players' value and their salaries. If the clubs have no huge money, it is impossible they sign top players and pay the big amount of players' salaries. Well, breaking the financial fair play actually has sever punishment. It is not only about paying the fines. However it sometimes takes a too long time for the investigation. For Manchester City, they escaped this time but if I may ask, how about their case about EPL demotion and their 115 count charges? Have they closed the case? I don't know why it's taking this long to get justice...
Yep, it takes a too long time. The latest update is only this news. It almost has no impact on the Man City. 
PSG should understand that the Champions League is not like the France Ligue 1 where they win and defend titles, this is a competition of Champions which means it is never easy for any team to defend it. In the Champions League era, Real Madrid is the only team to defend the Champions League title and that was basically because they were at their peak as at that time when Zinedine Zidane won it for 3 consecutive seasons but for PSG, they just tasted the trophy for the first time in their history which means that it will be difficult for them to win it back-to-back when Real Madrid and Manchester City are already warming up for the Champions League games next season, if any of those teams did reach the Champions League finals last season, PSG wouldn't have won it.
Of course, PSG must be aware of it. PSG understands it will be difficult to defend the UCL champion. But it is not something impossible if we consider the current condition of most big teams in Europe. Real Madrid, Man City, and Inter Milan are 3 teams which often reaching the final round in UCL. Unfortunately, their current performance looks very unconvincing for the next season.
