Criticism should not be a problem for Eric ten Hag; he should do his task and focus on the main thing. The criticism he's facing right now happened to Vincent Kompany last season when he came to Bayern Munich as their manager.

Almost everyone did not support Bayern Munich's decision because we all thought Vincent Kompany's last experience in Burnley would affect Bayern Munich, and now he has done the opposite of what we were saying. I think Ten Hag can also do the same; he rebuilds the team and focuses on the goals and expected results.
