...I don't trust the prices in the pre-market, because usually the prices there are far away when they are listed in the spot or futures. Once I tried that, I observed that most of them are also expensive in the pre-market then once they are listed in the spot, their price immediately drops.

Nevertheless, the premarket is a good tool to fix the price if it suits you. I used the premarket on Bybit and KuCoin several times to sell coins that I was supposed to receive as a reward for the testnet, and I was pleased with the result.
This use case is good, to lock the price if it's looking good enough so we won't need to race with other people on dumping some alts.
I've used it frequently and the only thing I don't like is the fact that we need to put our collateral money to make an order, beside from that pre market is a good way to secure money.

It's especially very helpful when following IDO/IEO, a good indicator to determine the price as well since most of the time price won't be too far off.
