I wonder why this accusation is coming after he refused to extend his contract at Arsenal after disagreement about his wages. Some people might see it as a witch hunt due to his refusal to remain in the Emirates. It is also possible that the Metropolitan Police have just finished investigating the matter and discovered that he has a case to answer. As a proud African, I just hope that this accusation is untrue because it could destroy the career of the Ghanaian player if he is found guilty.

It's still an accusation until he's proven guilty, whatever that may be the case to bring up this allegation on him, whether it's his refusal to extend his contract or not, The court is their for Justice to take course, a clear conscience fears no allegations. But if at all, this is what he did, then regardless of whether he refuses to extend his contract he should go face the law, and if it involves him paying fine or a jail term, Then let him serve it.
