Not sure, but based on what I see on the picture, I guess you need to comlete kyc only if you want to claim the "Birthday Bonus" and you need to complete kyc up to level-2. OP can corret me if I'm wrong, though!
But since they may ask for kyc, then I think it’s better to complete it noweven if it’s not mandatory to avoid any surprizessurprises and be sure you are on thrthe safe side.
