They didn't cancel a bet with a single event, they canceled multis where several bets already won. In some cases the bets had already won 3/4 legs (check screenshots).
Help me to understand, in all of your screenshots, in all the multis I see at least one open selection. Correct? In a multi when one selection is wrong that means the whole slip is wrong, you get nothing. Where is the problem?
The problem was, all of his bets on the multi actually were winning ones, suppose it was not cancelled. But it got cancelled by the casino, thus he didn't get the winning as it is considered as a cancelled multi-bet. BUT, the cancellation was from the casino, not from the match itself facing issues. Suppose the casino didn't "intervene", the matches saw their end and he would get his winning.
This is what I am currently trying to contest to the casino rep that's in contact with me. It'll be a very narrow call as they resort to ToS where cancelled bet are voided, and I am currently arguing back and asking for reconsideration as the "cancelled bet" were due to them cutting it down instead of the match being naturally cancelled.
One thing to consider, once a game starts, then it's considered a win. I used this before. If there's a 3 team multi and one game gets cancelled
for any reason, you get paid for a 2 team multi.
This includes rain out, cancellation by the book, or any other thing that caused the last game to be cancelled. If 2 games are cancelled, then 1 game is good. You can't wipe out a multi after the start of the first game.
