Of course, it's when the season starts that we can say if City have improved their performance or not. One cannot come into conclusion on this but because City is rich, we believe that they can use what they have to get the top-quality players of their choice in order to put the team in the best standard for next season competitions. I hope that they will do better next season and dominate the league like they did two seasons ago.
