I'll assume you're really clueless and I'll explain once more time, in hope you get a better, if not full, understanding of what happened. If after this you're still failed to grasp what happened, I'll have to assume you're trolling and won't waste my time any further at you. I believe the overseers here understand completely what happened.

First, about wallet containing transactions that you don't think not all are credited to your account, from address 0xff...96Fa, some of them are indeed not credited to your account because they are not your transactions. Wallet address 0xff...96Fa is owned by BC, not a non-custodial wallet that's owned by you. The address is used by BC for several transactions, across many players.

Due to this, many transactions are shown on the chains, but not all of them are all yours. Some were of other players.

Second, about the image, of transaction, as BC.Game Support has explained, they've got all of your deposit credited. The fact that you can't find it on the history was because they no longer cater 90 days history. You supplement us with the image on 21st June, and the deposit were by 17th April. It was way beyond 60 days coverage.

You can verify it yourself by comparing the screenshots you supplement us and the ones you gave us in the past. You'll see that transactions longer than 60 days, day by day, are no longer available, as they date advanced and the timeframe moved.

Yes, they still displayed the 90 days filter, but that was a front-end "error" as the dev forgot to update the graphic and remove that option when they narrowed the timeframe to 60 days. I just checked and see that the 90 days are still "available". I'll pursue my contact to reach the dev team to fix this visual glitch.

And as BC.Game Support assured above again, all of the funds are credited. If you still want to, given your consent, my contact offered to let me see and verify that each tranactions you asked, and see that they are indeed credited. But that'll be for my eyes only as it'll be their internal system record, not public data.

To summarize, the transacations on the explorer were not all yours, and you can't see the transaction on 17th April because they now only cater 60 days of history. That date predates the filter range.
