And AI won't be able to spot all this things out, and that is why if you know about a particular sport very well you will win more than you lose gambling on that sport.
What I believe is that, AI isn't that good when it comes to prediction in general.
I've seen a post on Facebook months ago where AI tried to predict who will be the NBA Champion in the next 50 years, and in that prediction, it shows that the Boston Celtics will be the champion again after winning one last year. Obviously, that didn't happen, so because of that, I don't trust AI when it comes to prediction at all.

When it comes to sports betting, for me human knowledge is always better than AI. Learn how to analyze those teams if you want to make money on sports betting. Of course, winning isn't certain, but your chances will be higher when you analyze. Like what you said OP, AI don't know what's currently happening on those teams, so it will make an analyzation based on it's past performances, and we know that past performance doesn't equate to present and future performances.

Overall, AI can help you to analyze, but not for prediction IMO. Don't rely on AI when it comes to predicting. Rely on AI based on the data that it shows, and from there, you can analyze even better with the data that the AI will be showing to you.

So let me get this straight; a prediction was made with an AI tool on who's going to be the NBA champion in the next 50 years? Then the next statement that follows is this:
Quote
Obviously, that didn't happen, so because of that, I don't trust AI when it comes to prediction at all.
So was this prediction made 50 years ago? If yes, Facebook wasn't created at the time. Was the prediction made 50 years into the future? If yes, how did you know it didn't happen like you said?
I don't want to make 2 posts at the same thread in a short amount of time, so I will just add my answer here to my previous post.

Obviously, the one who made that prompt ask AI on who will be the winner in the next 50 years. That post was created at around 2024, so he made the AI make a prediction on who will be the NBA Champions starting from 2024-2025 NBA season up to 2074-2075 season. I hope that we are in the same page this time and you understand what I mean.
