Apart from all that what you write, I wonder who Leao should play instead of? They have Yamal on one wing and Raphina on the other and both are among the best players at Barca. I doubt they would want to sell either of them or leave them on the bench.

I really don't understand why they want another top attacking winger?
The only possible thing is that adding the depth to the winger position. Leao is a both-footed player. Having him can add the dept in Barcelona's winger position(RW/LW), but sadly Allegri has responded it by blocking his transfer. So he still remains at Milan, and won't leave in summer.
Unless the player in question is not willing to join Barcelona as speculated, if not there's no amount of blocking from Allegri that will prevent him from moving or unless the club don't want to sell. But we have seen situations were a player force his move from a club, even though the club has maintained that they don't want to sell. The question is, are Barcelona really ready to push through the deal and have they convinced the player to join their camp? If the answers to these questions are yes, Allegri cannot stop the player from moving. The only thing is that AC Milan will hold that Barcelona should pay the complete release clause and get the player. Well the transfer window is still on, let's watch and see how it will end.
