I bet the real head of the snake will not be imprisoned here. It will take a lot of trial, and it will be for a long time until the people get bored with it and it will be buried deep with one or two cops in jail, and not even a government official who will serve a sentence. Worse, they will put a man they paid, and he will take all the blame for them.
