Faucets mostly attract folks that are new to crypto such as BTC. I doubt that experienced players eager for big wins would waste their time with it. What you should incorporate is a live contest that offers substantial amount of BTC, say $10 instead of dust. This could get more of the players eager to play with the hope that all their efforts wouldn't be for dust.
Excellent idea! Your daily play can be for satoshis, but you can extend the interest lifespan of your play by offering larger prizes. $100 for a royal flush? The odds are easily calculated, so you can have fixed pots, growing pots, etc.
