I don't know if they have an active representative on this forum because some of the questions are yet to be given a befitting answer as they are rendering a very sensitive services that have money involved.
I think they have a representative that has last logged in less than 5 to 7 days ago because I think it’s been less a week I saw a response from them on one of their thread.
The truth is, their service is a very crucial one and as such, they need to be very conscious of every thing they do even their prompt response to their clients is a major plus to them and as such, they ought to take it very serious and do everything possible to track down their clients without giving such rooms to scammers.
I’m still looking forward to them posting some of their previous works progress and successes to boost the morale of intending customers because it will truly be sad incident that we loss money while trying to recover it as a user said previously.
