Galatasaray isn't keen on paying 75 million euros straightaway. They are trying to find a middle way. But Napoli is determined not to drop from this level even a bit.

Osimhen is already okay with continuing at the Turkish team because of Champions League football especially. Al-Hilal can remain keen but they aren't his first choice which is quite natural. He wants to stay in Europe and already turned down insane offers from them.
He already agreed to join Galatasaray as posted by Fabrizio earlier so it's now left for the clubs to come to agreement. Galatasaray are desperate to have him but it seems Napoli seems to want nothing less but if they want to dispose him they will have to settle for less.
Galatasaray are doing everything possible to get him and I heard they ask the fans for help so they can make the Osimhen deal happen.

I am sad to see that Osimhen will finally settle for the Turkish league, I wanted to see him play in England but it seems that's the end for him if he joins Galatasaray. A sad career path for someone who's got a lot to offer, someone with such talent should be in the top leagues challenging to break records.bi think it's his fault because he clearly wants money, Chelsea came knocking, Manchester United also came and Arsenal were considering going for him but in the end he didn't want get a pay cut so he chose Galatasaray. That's sad but I wish him all the best.
