I'm going to wait to see what he has to say. Are we going to have another Legendary claiming that he is doing an experiment?
In this case it will be difficult to defend because he has changed some letters on purpose, probably to see if they escape the detectors, but if he wanted to cheat the system he could have passed the text through the detectors himself to see that it was useless.
