Galatasaray may or may not have 75 million, but if they do spend that money, then there will not be any left I am sure, no team has spent more than 20 million in Turkish league so far, which means that 75 million would be not only the highest, but it would be damn near 4 times the price of the next highest ,that is not normal amount of money for that league.

I am sure they can just sell a couple of players, like Sanchez or Sara or even maybe Icardi could be sold to Saudi league or something. But until then, it looks like it would be financially a big trouble for them. It's still Osimhen, so it would be not a bad idea at all, it could be done a lot better and you should be able to actually make some changes on the team because Osimhen is so great and he worths it.

I think if they can add Osimhen to the squad for another year on loan, they can transfer him for free next year. It makes no sense for a team to pay such high amounts of money for a player whose contract has one year left to run. Also, it is said that Galatasaray will reach its spending limit in the Turkish Super League if this transfer happens. Napoli will have no option than to release him because if they don't they will lose everything, victor osimhen contract will be over in Napoli next year so is either Napoli reduce the transfer funds and sell him out and get money from it or lose getting money because he will go as a free agent.
