4th and final reply from me, many thanks all.. here is the brief summary -
User was incorrectly (covered above) paid a prize amount of 2084USDT, due to the listed reasons.
The promotional USDT amount was reversed on the same day.

All other eligible customers were paid the promotion winnings on the same day. They received 2084 USDT

For andymuzic, No True ACCOUNT BALANCE was touched, no funds are being held.

The promotional payout was incorrect and was reversed.
Unfortunately not the ideal scenario, but no true User balance is owed or being held.

LOL. Who are you? And when did I ask you to reply? If you replied, atleast provide some value.

Anyone who is following this post would know that this response didn't help and hence this case is still open. I still want the official sportsbet representative to respond to the questions I had mentioned earlier. If they cant, I know sportsbet has wronged me
