A country's problem isn't gambling, this is just a waste of effort on something that doesn't even affect the growth and economic situation of the country in any way. Even though there are people that are gambling addicts this is something that affects their personal life not the country at large. Yeah a countries problem shouldn't be gambling cause in one way or the other gambling adds to the economy through the taxes the companies pay to the government but then if gambling activity is becoming a problem in a particular country for instance leading to death cases and so forth then it's fair enough for any government to place a temporary ban on it.
