I think they already have the team to compete for the premier league, but just need a few pieces of the puzzle(A world class striker and a left winger)to win the premier league . With the commitment I am seeing from the management in getting the players, it shows they are serious about winning it.

Arsenal cannot win the league and it's too obvious for even the blind to see. How I wish Arsenal can actually purchase all the players both the club and fans wants let's see how it will be for them. Even dead Manchester United will revive and still win the league before Arsenal, lol.
