It's good that you offer the user a way to still pursue the matter, but personally I don't think you should just say we are done here and stop responding. You're just gonna lose potential customers that are watching the case. Better to be actively involved in all cases regarding your brand and let the community see you care and want to be available to help with all issues, positive or negative.

No other book in the world has a rule against value betting and XYes put the rule in way after the OP placed his bets. What all other books do to value bettors is to pay, then ban or limit. Everyone should try to value bet. All winning gamblers are value bettors.

The article is pretty good on value betting. They mention Pinnacle as the standard and Bitcoin-Betting has the same odds. Both books welcome arbitrage bettors.
