A good target by Madrid, but i doubted PSG to sell him. I know how valuable Vitinha for PSG. He helped PSG to win its first UCL trophy. It most likely PSG will reject it even if it's not a rumor.
Real can have a dream to sign Vitinha from PSG, but it will not happen. They can start to shifting to another target.

It must be a lesson for Madrid's scouting team to always working harder in scouting potential players that still underrated. They must not always sign a well developed player, which may cost them a lot money.

He'll make a good upgrade to Madrid's midfield but I don't think they'll convince PSG enough to sign him, not at this point, Vitinha is one of PSG's powerhouse so I don't think they'll allow one of their major Champions League rival to get him, PSG gave already lost a world class player in person of Kylian Mbappé to Real Madrid they can't afford giving them another quality player, can Camavinga do what Vitinha is doing if he joins PSG? The right answer is NO.

Instead of Madrid to go on a goose chase by trying to sign Vitinha from PSG they should scout younger talents from other leagues that has the potential of Vitinha, if they could find one and give him a good playing time maybe he could develope to do better for them in future than Vitinha is currently doing for his team, however Madrid needs a quick fix, a quick replacement for Modric so they want an experienced player.

I agree: after what happened with Mbappé (just one year ago) how could Real Madrid go and negotiate with PSG? Someone here said Vitinha is valued 80 million euros, for me there is no way they would ever sell him to Real Madrid for that amount of money for two reasons: 1) they don't need money 2) they are very pissed for Mbappé. And I totally side with PSG on this, if Real Madrid were to approach me asking info about Vitinha I'll simply show them the door.
