Each body's different, and the initial conditions do matter. I've got a system that works for me with beer. Using the system, I'm guaranteed never to get really drunk. I can bend the rules a little and still be mostly OK, but I know I've bent them. The system can be adjusted for other beverages like wine or sake, but it can't be extended to spirits, not even the weaker ones.
cant do beer or wine due to the sugar/carbs..
but a shot of hard liquor here and there chased with plain seltzer works a charm.
Same here with fructose and other sugars, except lactose. One beer gets me feel more out of control than a couple of shots.
But i drink only a few times a year, since my old man died from alcohol abuse and my mother seems to do her best to follow.
Btw. 33 pushups is great. Last time i competed with my kids for fun and made 22 clean ones (elbows to side of the body).
Usually i do 15 of them with support handles, those allow straight wrists and going down about 4 inches more, also helping not to develop a round back from too many pushups.
I'll try to do elbow planks for 110 seconds to help Bitcoin. I did 90 secs occasionally, so it should be possible with some pain management and doing more abs beforehand.
The key to drinking is 1 or 2 shots a week at most. Also skip a week every once in a while.
I'm a binge drinker, I can go forever and not drink but when I do I like to get plastered.
Also can't drink alone, when people come over and I have a few i'll even pour out whats left when they leave.
I've never met anyone else like that, weird, most people I know can drink alone and enjoy it.
Not in person

However, i did drink less for socializing occasions, but i really don't socialize that often.
Binge drinking at round birthday parties of old friends is great, especially with people that behave well and are funny, regardless of their condition.
I can drink alone, though, but it's absolutely no fun and was strictly reserved for depressed days in the past. Weed didn't seem to help much here.
I also have a pack of cigarettes at home, untouched for more than 10 years. I used to smoke a fatty on new years eve, but since the kids started to stay up with me i dropped that habit. When you're not used to tobacco it feels really ugly to smoke, so i'm not unhappy about that either.
