55% commission isn't unheard of, plenty of casinos offer similar deals to top affiliates, but this is 99% a scam.

the domain name for the supposed casino he is promoting is only 18 days old, and the website itself looks shady af.

not to mention, the casino seems to be targeting the chinese market, and online gambling is illegal there as far as i know.
red flag after red flag. i would stay way from this.
