Has it started to get so hot? Summer is going on in my country but it is not that hot in my country. The weather in my country is temperate, meaning neither cold nor warm, that is what is called temperate. Currently, it has been raining continuously in my country for five to seven days, so push-ups feel very good.
I pray to God that I was born in such a beautiful country, even though my country is not financially prosperous and is a less developed country.
However, if it is so hot, then reduce the push-ups because health is wealth. If something happens to your health, then it will be very harmful. When the environment cools down and a suitable environment is created for doing beam, then continue the push-ups as before.
Today I woke up and did push-ups in a cold environment. Today I completed a total of 60 push-ups in four sets.

It is great how various geographic locations operate independently. At such extreme high temperature in your country, we record almost extreme low temperature in this part of the world and that is the beauty of nature. Pushups have become my best survival strategy this period when it rains almost 20 hours daily. I had to increase my pushups number by sets today to 8 sets of 25 pushups and that has rapidly improved my warmth. If Air Conditioning system is available, I'm sure you would arrive at a better number of pushups.
