And the "stealing" would be through legal means. Which reminds me about the guy who thought he could get a judge to force Bitcoin Core developers to hand over satoshi's Bitcoins to him.

There are some crazy people out there, so it's not exactly impossible. But i wonder whether their main goal is to advertise their company services. Creating some TX with OP_RETURN and few pages about their activity costs almost nothing to such company.
