So, I'm truly puzzled by Manchester United's management team. Why do they consistently make the wrong decisions and consistently fail to recruit players? If this continues, I think Manchester United should replace their entire management team and replace them with new, better people. It's pointless for Manchester United to spend so much money if their management team isn't performing well. This will only make things even more difficult for Manchester United. So the bottom line is that Manchester United need to make a major overhaul now and they need to start from scratch again.
This is why I always say that the team is not ready at all. This is a team that finished 15th or thereabout on the league table and didn't win a single trophy, but they are not proactive in the transfer market. Liverpool, Arsenal and Manchester City were the top 3 teams on the table last season, yet they have made signings and are trying to make more to make their team better, while Man United can't even get the Mbuemo deal done. It's not rocket science that the club is declining the way it is. From the kind of managers they hire to how they sign players and how the environment of the clubs is, everything is just poor.
So many players should have been sold by now, but they've not been able to sell, and they've not been able to buy either. They need at least a midfielder and a FB together with the striker nd winger they're looking for. With the way things are going, I don't think Manchester United are going to be good next season.
