If you are referring to those newbies that created a wallet recovery services and vanished without a traced then you need to know that I decided to emphasized on them because I was tired of seeing newbies with multiple threads of wallet recovery posts without even updating them or trying to give replies to curious users that want to know more about how they tend to help in this case without running away with users funds.
At least reputation needs to be built with trust before you can give a strange person your wallet info.
A newbie account with such an offer without any proven track record should not be given much attention because there is no fact to back up their claim and such people would end up running away with peoples funds just as you have said however, even at then, as newbies who are ready to render their services to the community, they should be able to be very much active because as time goes on, people would source
formfor them and would want to inquire but when they check their profile and see that they are not active, they just skip them and go else where to look for who will help them and by so doing the other has missed a job offer. This is why it is good to always be active as a service provider so that you do not lose potential client who wants to hire your service for the time being.
