I’m here to share a serious and well-documented complaint about BC.Game, an online gambling platform that I used extensively — until I discovered manipulation in their Crash game and was punished for reporting it.
👤 Who I Am:
I’m known as Arshiya (symbol 🐓) on the platform. I have been active in BC.Game’s community and participated fairly in their Crash game for months.
📉 What Happened:
- I manually used the “Cash Out” button at safe multipliers (e.g. 4x), yet the system falsely marked those bets as *losses*.
- In fact, the same bets continued running to 10x or higher.
- Despite my clear action and timing, no payouts were credited.
- I captured these incidents in video and screenshots, and posted them inside BC.Game's own forum.
🚫 What They Did:
After publishing my findings, I received direct threats from BC.Game staff, and they **suspended my account** and **froze my balance** without justification.
📉 Company Status:
- BC.Game’s operator, Small House B.V., has reportedly been declared **bankrupt** in 2024.
- They **withdrew their Curacao license** and moved to a less regulated offshore jurisdiction (Anjouan).
- Multiple user complaints exist on Reddit, AskGamblers, Trustpilot, and even their own forums.
📢 My Goal:
- I want my account reinstated and balance returned.
- I demand public acknowledgment of the Crash game manipulation.
- I encourage others who had similar issues to speak up.

Formal Complaint: Fraudulent Crash Game Results on BC.Game
Dear BC.Game Support Team,
I am writing to formally report a critical issue related to several bets I placed in the Crash game on your platform.
In multiple consecutive rounds, I successfully performed cashouts at around 4.00x multiplier – well before the crash point –
yet your system wrongly marked these bets as losses.
I have recorded full video evidence showing that:
The cashouts were initiated and confirmed before the crash occurred.
The game continued well beyond my cashout point (sometimes reaching 10x+).
Despite this, the bet results were registered as losses in the history section.

This constitutes either a serious technical error or deliberate manipulation, which has caused me financial harm.
To make matters worse, my account was suspended without explanation.
I demand:
1. Immediate review and correction of all affected bets.
2. Full restoration of my account.
3. Compensation for my losses caused by this issue.
If this matter is not resolved within 72 hours, I will:
Share the full evidence publicly on YouTube, Reddit, Twitter, BitcoinTalk, and crypto communities.
File complaints with online gambling watchdogs and relevant authorities.
Begin legal action to recover damages.
